Babette was last observed at her residence that is located in the 3800 block of Lena Dr. in Chalmette, La. on October 5, 1983.
At the time of her disappearance, Babette was 24 years of age and may have also used the surnames of "Phillips" and "Arenales". Babette was known to frequent and seek employment at bars located in the French Quarter in the City of New Orleans.
Babette is described as a white female, 5'01" tall, 105lbs, black hair and hazel eyes. Babette was known to have at least 2 tattoo's described as a Sagittarius tattoo on her right abdomen and a heart and banner which read "Babette and Kim" or vice versa. Babette might also have a tattoo of a rose with the letter "N" on her back.
Detectives request that anyone with information concerning Babette Alberti contact the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Missing Person's Unit.
